Here's a manly protein filled cupcake for ya: Chocolate banana cake with a marshmallow center topped with a peanut butter buttercream and toasted coconut! YUM. After I baked these cakes I simply cut an 'X' in the top as they came right out of the oven, so they were HOT, then I plunked a marshmallow into them so that the mallow got nice and creamy in the center. The banana in the chocolate cake added a wonderful moistness. And who doesn't like the combination of peanut butter and chocolate?! I think it's my favorite :)
